The terms and conditions set out below apply to all orders placed with LEVERSEDGE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LTD for all the products and services offered on LEVERSEDGE.CO.UK website unless otherwise indicated in writing. The present terms and conditions will be systematically displayed when you place an order.

PRICES
The prices guaranteed to you are those displayed on the website when you place your order. However, they are subject to change without notice in the event of specific conditions related to economic circumstances, duties and taxes, a change in labor or raw material cost, your specific requirements etc.
All prices are indicated in pound sterling and do not include delivery, which will be automatically calculated and indicated in your order form (shopping bag).
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt.
Your shopping bag is your order form
If you choose to place an order, you will have to enter all the information required for invoicing and delivery of the products. You are responsible for the information you provide. In the event of a mistake in the delivery address, the website and LEVERSEDGE company shall not be held responsible for failing to deliver the item(s).
After confirming your details, you will choose a method of payment. Your order will be automatically confirmed and will constitute an irrevocable commitment to purchase, only called into question in the limited number of cases set forth in the present conditions (cf. Cancellation clause).
All orders are considered permanent and can only be cancelled with the consent of LEVERSEDGE who will compensate any damages entailing the cancellation.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
At each step of the order process (validation, possible change of stock, delivery) an email is automatically sent to the email address registered on the site. The email will specify the delivery method as well as the parcel number which can be accessed on the transporter's website following shipment.
LEVERSEDGE.CO.UK and LEVERSEDGE reserve the right to not confirm an order for any reason (i.e. problem concerning received order or problem providing articles). The company has 5 working days to indicate if the order cannot be completed and needs to be modified - otherwise it will be cancelled.
PAYMENT
Total payment for the order is required. Payment options include:
Paypal - A secure payment option using SSL security. All major credit and debit cards are accepted via the online Paypal service.
GEOGRAPHIC ZONES AND DELIVERY TIMES
We can deliver your items wherever you desire. If you would like to deliver an order to a friend, neighbor or to your workplace, please indicate these details during the order process.
LEVERSEDGE.CO.UK has chosen UPS for delivery.
Delivery is carried though once the product is handed over to the recipient. Each delivery requires a signature from the identified recipient. We recommend checking the content and condition of the package before signing. In case of damage during transport, please notify the carrier within 24 hours of receiving the package.
If you or the recipient of the package is not present at the time of delivery, a delivery notice will be left indicating when and where the package can be picked up. If the package is not picked up within the specified time period, it will be returned to LEVERSEDGE and the client can receive a reimbursement, excluding additional delivery fees.
In case of delayed delivery, you should first contact the carrier to find out the status of your package. If necessary, you can email customer care in order to begin a process to find the missing package.
In case of significant delays, we will offer free delivery for your next order, excluding cases where the delivery is out of our control. The site cannot be held responsible for international customs issues at borders.
CANCELLATION CLAUSE AND RETURNS
In the framework of distance sales, you have 7 days to retract your order without justifcation or having to pay penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the articles by delivery.
In order to return an item, you should connect to the LEVERSEDGE.CO.UK website, and go to "My orders" in the "My account" section. You will see a list of orders that you have carried out. Click on the corresponding order number and check the items you would like to return, indicating your reason for the return, then validate. You will receive a return number.
You can return the items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. Delivery costs will be at your own expense. You can choose to be reimbursed for the item by receiving a reimbursement to your bank account if you paid by credit card, or by cheque. You may also choose to receive a credit on the website.
You will receive your reimbursement or credit once Customer Care has verified that the items have been returned and are intact. The items should not have been used (only tried on) and should be in perfect condition.
There is no penalty to return the items, except for the cost of delivery.
GUARANTEES
Conforming to UK law, the dispositions of those present cannot withold legal guarantees that require the vendor to guarantee against all consequences of hidden vices of sold items.
LEVERSEDGE does not produce the items featured on LEVERSEDGE.CO.UK, and in respect to UK law is relative to the responsibility of defective products.
In the case of damages caused by a defective item, it is the producer's responsibility and not LEVERSEDGE, and thus the client must take any claims to them. All products, services and information proposed by LEVERSEDGE.CO.UK doesn't substitute adult supervision and vigilance.
LEVERSEDGE responsibility does not include disrespect of items regarding legislation in the country where the items are delivered.

However, LEVERSEDGE Ltd. is not responsible in case of insurmountable acts defined by UK jurisdiction.
The proposed products conform to the UK legislation and to applicable norms in UK.
LEVERSEDGE Ltd. cannot be responsible for inconveniences or relative damages caused by using an Internet network, such as a virus or exterior intrusions.
