Within the Location Based Solutions system there are options for asset and personnel tracking. The UKs largest Utility company United Utilities uses the asset location option for protecting and recovering stolen plant and machinery.

BAE Systems use LTS s' in house designed and developed 'Tank Commander' product. 'Tank Commander' is a noise suppression radio communications and intercom system. The requirement as well as noise suppression, included the need for microphones in the headsets to be live at all times without sending excessive noise to the earpieces and that the unit have an output connection to a voice recorder, as well as an input for warning tones to be fed to the headsets.

A high security company uses LTS s' mobile CCTV platform to monitor in real time a remote security application and adherence to procedural compliance policy via GSM/GPRS/3G. Live high quality colour TV pictures are transmitted to a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) or can be viewed via a secure web access point to their own PC / laptop.
